Yes, you can leave the bin on the street, but it depends on your municipality’s regulations. Some areas allow it, while others, like Toronto, require a road occupancy permit. If you’re placing the bin on the street, you may want to use a NO PARKING sign to inform your neighbors not to park in that spot.
Junk removal is a service where our licensed staff come to your location, load up the specified items, clean up the area, and haul everything away for proper disposal.
Clean fill is considered to be dirt that is free of any other materials. It cannot be mixed with items such as concrete, interlock, metals, plastics, glass, tires, electronics, or any other contaminants. When using a clean fill bin, it must strictly contain dirt only, or surcharges will apply.
You can pay for your bin rental with cash or any major credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, it will be pre-authorized when you place your order and only charged once the work is complete.
You should provide one to two days’ notice for a bin rental. However, the more notice you give, the better—especially around weekends and holidays when demand is higher.
